Tier One

This tier includes 10 call evaluations per month on a quarterly basis for one year.

  • Also includes Per Quarter:

    • 1 Comprehensive Quarterly Report

    • 10% of calls are "Deep Dived" for additional feedback
    • 1 Quarterly Assessment Meeting with internal team and/or funders
Tier Two

This tier includes 20 call evaluations per month on a quarterly basis for one year.

  • Also includes Per Quarter:

    • Comprehensive Quarterly Report
    • 10% of calls are "Deep Dived" for additional feedback
    • 1 Quarterly Assessment Meeting with internal team and/or funders
    • Access to Quarterly Call Calibration Sessions with 211 Certified Network

    • Eligible entry for national "Top Quality 988 of the Year Awards"

Tier Three

This tier includes 30 call evaluations per month on a quarterly basis for one year.

  • Also incldues Per Quarter:
    • Comprehensive Quarterly Report
    • 20% of calls are "Deep Dived" for additional feedback
    • 1 Quarterly Assessment Meeting with internal Team and/or funders
    • Access to Quarterly Call Calibration Sessions with 988 Certified Network

    • Logo featured on website as a "988 Certified" Center

    • Eligible entry for national "Top Quality 988 of the Year Awards" 

  • Bonus: 2 uptrainings that can be customized for team based on assessments on a yearly basis

Just a taste

This tier includes 5 call evaluations per month on a single month basis.
